I was just wondering...
Getting out of my Gmail account just to log onto the Blogger website and do a post was extremely irritating. So I simply invited myself to become an Admin member. No more logging in and out for me, yay! Lol.
The invite for admin/authors is under Settings/Permission, right at the very end.

Um.. I think you go to the "New Post", then you should see a "Settings" tab.
